Due to the immediate allocation of health editor review time, clinical fact-checking workflows, and server resources upon order submission:

• Once an article enters editorial review or medical formatting, the publication fee becomes non-refundable.
• If you purchased an article package by mistake and have not yet submitted your article draft or materials, you may request a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchase.
